Samira Bawumia Once Again Shows She’s A Real Fashionista At Accra Women’s Conference

Samira Bawumia, the wife of the vice-president, dazzled in a stunning dress as she attended a women’s conference held in Accra.

Samira, who has been widely praised for her sense of fashion and style, wore a stunning African print dress to the maiden WIMBIZ International Conference, which was held at the Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra on Saturday.

In a post which she later shared on Facebook, she said the conference presented an opportunity for networking and leveraging of resources, which she said were vital tools needed by women.

Samira said it was an honor for her to have joined accomplished women from Ghana and Nigeria in fruitful deliberations at the conference.

She praised the organizers of the conference for helping to advance the cause of women.

Wife of Vice President Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, Hajia Samira Bawumia has urged the opposition and other groups who are quick to resort to insults to desist from that but rather counter her husband with facts.

Speaking on Asempa FM Ekosii Sen program monitored by MyNewsGh.com, Mrs. Bawumia said insults is not the alternative Ghanaians wish to see but rather fact-based discourse.

“If the man says inflation is 7.8% and you insult him how does that make you more attractive to the voter? So we should collectively tell our politicians that, that is not what politics should be about.” She argued.

She hailed her husband for refocusing the politics of Ghana on the issues.
