News making rounds and gathered from online news portal Mynewsgh.com suggest that the President of the Republic of GhanaNana Akufo-Addo has given his daughter Edwina Dokua Akufo-Addo’s hand in marriage to his appointee and the CEO of GIHOC, Maxwell Kofi Jumah’s son.
The engagement party which supposedly took place over the weekend at the Presidential Villa inside the Jubilee House was witnessed by only a few family and friends.
In one of the videos, Nana Akufo-Addo was seen asking his daughter Edwina, if she accepts to marry Kwabena Jumah, son of Kofi Jumah. Edwina in a smiling mood responded, “yes I accept it”.
According to MyNewsGh.com, Kwabena Jumah, son of Kofi Jumah has lived in the United States all his life and was married to a Jamaican lady with whom the report says they have three kids. Kwabena applied for a divorce but the Caribbean wife was hesitant in being a signatory to the divorce application.

Now that he is getting married to the President’s daughter, it is yet to be confirmed whether Kwabena Jumah is indeed a free man to remarry.
The engagement party of the duo was on a ‘low key’ as not much publicity was given to it, and most Ghanaians were not aware of it happening.
