[dropcap]D[/dropcap]ancehall musician Shatta Wale has warned his colleague, Stonebwoy, not to leave Zylofon Music. According to Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy will struggle financially if he walks out of the Zylofon contract. There have been reports of Stonebwoy ending his relationship with Zylofon Music following a social media war with Shatta Wale.
Stonebwoy, the reports suggested, had left Zylofon because of the signing of Shatta Wale as a Zylofon artiste.
But speaking in an interview on Peace FM’s Entertainment Review, Shatta Wale warned Stonebwoy of dire consequences if he takes such a decision.
“If Stonebwoy leaves Zylofon, trust me he would be hungry,” Shatta Wale.
Explaining his point, Shatta Wale stated that artistes in Ghana struggle to get shows and could even stay for five months without any.
In such instances, an artiste would struggle to survive and thus deals like that of Zylofon would help him a lot.
Shatta Wale’s assertion, however, is quite surprising considering that Stonebwoy was an established artiste before he joined Zylofon in 2017.

Meanwhile, Stonebwoy has stated that he would not have joined Zylofon if there had been a Dancehall artiste at the time. Stonebwoy who made this statement in an interview on Hitz FM following an altercation between him and Zylofon’s artiste manager, Bulldog, also revealed that his Zylofon team contributed nothing to his latest album, Epistles of Mama.
