Asempa FM directs staff to self-quarantine over contact with Obour

Asempa FM, a subsidiary of the Multimedia Group, has directed some staff to self- quarantine over possible body contact with former MUSIGA president, Bice Osei Kuffour popularly known as Obour.

Obour, who has admitted that his father died of COVID- 19 at the Ridge Hospital on Friday, was in the studios of Asempa FM the same Day for an interview.

A press statement issued by the radio station on Saturday said it has directed all staff who came into contact with Obuor during the airing of the station’s  “Ekosii Sen” political program to self-quarantine as a precautionary measure.

The station further disclosed that it immediately disinfected its studios when Obuor disclosed that his dad had died of COVID-19.
