Kuami Eugene in trouble for sampling Okumcholla lyrics
Sensational hiplife artiste, Kuami Eugene of Lynx Entertainment is in trouble again for sampling Prophet Seth Frimpong’s “Okumcholla” song
Kuami Eugene recently dropped a new single “Dollar on You” on which he sampled some lyrics from Prophet Seth Frimpong’s “Okumcholla” song.

While Prophet Seth Frimpong passed away, the producer of the song, Sound engineer, and music producer, Roro has stated that he felt Kuami Eugene should have done the necessary before sampling the song.

In an interview with Kumasi-based Pure FM’s popular “Hammer Time” entertainment program, Roro explained that he felt disrespected when Kuami Eugene and his team failed to contact him before sampling the song.
“Richie and Kuami should know better. I felt disrespected when I had to rather contact them myself over this. I have been in touch with them and they have agreed to share royalties with us over the song,” he said.
