President Akufo-Addo commissions new GHS17.65 million Western North RCC building

Western North RCC building: President Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo is embarking on a working tour in both Western and Western North regions to commission and cut-sod for government projects in those regions.
Parliament of Ghana in February 2019, approved GHS2.1 billion as the DACF for all ministries, departments and agencies for 2019.
Out of that, GHS200 million was devoted to the construction of Regional Coordinating Councils (RCCs) offices for the new regions, with seed money of GHS88 million for their operations.
The RCC administration block is currently 100 percent complete, and the President will be commissioning it on his arrival in the region.
Apart from this project, the President will also be commissioning a GHS 3.1 million three separate senior staff bungalows in Sefwi Wiawso, capital of the Western North Region.
