Ayisi Boateng’s Apology Was Written In The Flagstaff House For Him To Sign – John Mahama Claims

Former President John Dramani Mahama has condemned the recent behavior of Ambassador Ayisi Boateng for the partisan comment the latter passed when meeting with the NPP Youth Wing in South Africa.

Ayisi Boateng stated in his apology that, “I  regret the effect of my speech delivered to the young party members which has generated public outcry. I, therefore wish to retract my comments and render an unqualified apology to the presidency and all Ghanaians.”

John Mahama berated the diplomat for his apology, suggesting that it wasn’t sincere and had not even been written by him.

“If you read the apology letter, it’s an apology of an apology letter.  He said he apologized for the effect of his words, not his words, just the effect. That is the new government under which we are.” Said Mahama.

He has therefore dared the president Nana Akufo-Addo to sack Ayisi Boateng with immediate effect.
