I made a BIG mistake campaigning against Mahama – Kwame A-Plus
- Kwame A-Plus borne Kwame Asare Obeng is a popular Ghanaian musician cum politician
- Kwame A-Plus who campaigned for the NPP in the 2016 general elections was rewarded with a position of Secretary to the CEO of Korle-Bu-Teaching Hospital in 2017
- He was sacked from the position after accusing two deputy chiefs of staff at the presidency of being corrupt.
- He begun to attack and tag the government of which Nana Akufo-Addo is the President as corrupt.
The used to be darling boy of the ruling New Patriotic Party, Kwame Asare Obeng popularly known as Kwame A-Plus has once again spit his spleen out regarding his painful regret in campaigning for NPP to come to power. He has expressed how regretted he is in campaigning against former President John Mahama and siding with Nana Akufo-Addo who according to him has doubled in practice the mess he accused ex-president Mahama of.
According to A-Plus who was an avowed supporter of the then candidate Nana Akufo-Addo during the 2016 electoral campaign, he made it known to Ghanaians that the then President Mahama was an oppressor of the people of Ghana. He was always on social media accusing John Mahama of corruption and incompetence, but it seems has has regretted after tasting the governance of President Akufo-Addo.
Kwame A-Plus on NPP campaign platform when he described John Mahama as an oppressor to Ghanaians in 2016
He has now become a fierce critic of Nana Akufo-Addo, always throwing jabs against for deceiving Ghanaians and allowing corruption to become a norm in the country.
In his latest lament, he posted a picture of himself addressing NPP supporters and wrote on his Facebook wall: ”I was telling them to resist the oppressors’ rule and that John Mahama was an oppressor. Fooling pro max.”
A-Plus was among those celebrities who campaigned for NPP and Nana Akufo-Addo in the 2016 general elections that won Akufo-Addo the power.
As a reward, he was appointed as the secretary to the CEO of Korlebu-Teaching Hospital who was Dr. Felix Anyah. Not long after his appointment, Kwame A-Plus took to his Facebook page and lambasted the two Chiefs of Staff, and accused them of corruption. This subsequently led to his removal from the position.
And since then he has been pouring fire on the government, accusing them of being neck-deep in corruption.
