Odartey Lamptey was previously sued by his ex-wife, Gloria Appiah after their over two decades’ marriage hit a snag.
The former Black Stars striker found out in 2013 that his three children with his now ex-wife were fathered by another man.

Following several months in and out of court, the couple finally divorced, with the ex-footballer moving on to marry his current wife, Ruweida Yakubu.
He was later handed some respite when an Accra High court quashed a suit by his ex-wife to claim 50% of his assets.
Odartey Lamptey and his current wife are blessed with two children – both adorable girls.
The former Ghana star has been spending some quality time with daughters, with one of his photos with them going viral.
Odartey Lamptey played for the Black Stars for nearly a decade, featuring in three Africa Cup of Nations tournaments in the 1990s.
