The former Deputy General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress and now the head of the Atta Mills Institute, Mr. Koku Anyidoho has taken a swipe at the Managing Editor and renowned Journalist, Kwesi Pratt. The two have been seen clashing each other over their divergent assertions concerning issues. In what Koku Anyidoho describes as an act of hypocrisy, he has descended heavily on Kwesi Pratt over his some attempt to get him sacked by the late President Atta Mills.
Kwesi Pratt, being one of the active and renowned journalists in Ghana, has had his reputation shot over the clouds due to his extraordinary ability to comment on matters that take centre stage. He was one of the Ghanaians who were very active before and after the elections and has been seen chastising the Electoral Commission in what he describes as an attempt to save the much-vaunted reputation of the Commission.
Koku Anyidoho has revealed a tough revelation to expose Kwesi Pratt for allegedly trying to sabotage him and get him sacked. According to Koku Anyidoho’s account, Kwesi Pratt wanted him dismissed from his role in the then Atta Mills-led NDC administration. This tough revelation has caused a massive uproar and stirred debate and controversy on social media because it is uncommon to see such allegations being leveled against such renowned and astute media gurus like Kwesi Pratt.
In a post sighted on his official Twitter handle, he composed; “What is Kwesi Pratt ranting about? I have dared him to come and face me about he wanted President Atta Mills to sack me and President Atta Mills refused. I can’t stand the hypocrisy of Kwesi Pratt.”
