Whether You Eat Gari Or Not, Akufo-Addo Is Our President- Koku Anyidoho
The Chief Executive Officer of the Atta Mills Institute, Koku Anyidoho, has stated that he would be supporting the administration of President Akufo-Addo with ideas on how to combat the COVID-19 pandemic.
For this reason, the former deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress warned members of his party not to reason along party lines and view his action, as a stab in the back.
Mr. Anyidoho noted in an interview on an Accra based radio which was monitored by Wontumionline.com that in the coming days, a proposal from the Atta Mills’ Institute would be presented to the Chief of Staff, Madam Frema Osei-Opare.
According to him, “the only sitting President today is His Excellency President Akufo-Addo, supported by H. E Vice President Dr. Bawumia. You cannot take it away from them even if you chew a full bag of gari, they are in power”.
He was quick to add that “I don’t want to hear from any corner that I am a traitor or betraying the NDC”.
