180 Ghanaians repatriated from Libya with IOM and ECOWAS support

Ghana has facilitated the safe return of 180 Ghanaian nationals from Libya with support from the International Organization for Migration and ECOWAS.

The returnees, comprising 27 females and 153 males including children and infants, arrived in Ghana on September 24 and were received by officials from relevant institutions.

The initiative forms part of continuing efforts to support voluntary return, safe migration and the reintegration of Ghanaian nationals in vulnerable situations abroad.
