The Eastern regional capital, Koforidua hosted the New Patriotic Party’s 2018 annual Delegates Conference.
6000 delegates from all parts of the country participated in this important party conference and have elected their leaders for the various offices to manage the affairs of the party in the next four years.
The party elected Freddie Blay who polled over 3000 votes as against his main competitor Stephen Ntim who had a little over 2000 votes as the chairman. John Boadu, Sammy Awuku, Kate Gyamfuaa, Rita Asobayire, F.F Antoh, Michael Omari Wadie, and Abdul Aziz Futah were the other party members elected to serve the party in the various capacities.
